HOW TO JOIN

You can join our loyalty system on our website by clicking the "earn now" button in the bottom left, alternatively you can sign up in store via the QR codes dotted around or ask a member of staff to sign you up at the till.

EARNING POINTS

Earn 1 point for every £1 spent in-store and online.

We also have point incentives for things such as following on social media.

You have full access to your account via the customer portal, which you can access on PC or mobile. Signing into the portal will show you your point balance and any offers & rewards you have available.

You can also add your account to your Google/Apple wallet where you can see your balance and scan it in store!

Rewards an be redeem at multiples of 100 for fixed amounts off, however that is not the only way in which you can spend points.

As we continue to experiment with our programme keep an eye for targeted offers based on your spending habits giving you exclusive deals on the product categories you like best! You can see these offers and activate them on your customer portal, or a staff member can activate them at the till.

Being subscribed to marketing will give you alerts on new drops, exclusive offers, as well as notifying you of any exclusive rewards that may appear on your account!

We highly recommend being subscribed to marketing to get the most out of your Cool! Merch account. You can change your preferences any time via the customer portal.

Points cannot be used on gift card purchases. Points earned may take a few minutes to apply on your account. Points will expire on accounts that have seen no activity for 1 year.
