Shipping policy

Standard UK delivery: £4.00 (under £60)

Large or high-value delivery: £10-45 (Value depending)

Pre-order items: will not be shipped until release. If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until all items are available and can be shipped together.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, although this may vary during busy periods, e.g. Christmas / Sale.

We ship to the UK via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 48, which aims to deliver your parcel within 2 days of being received into the Royal Mail network. A signature is required so please check your tracking to ensure someone will be at the destination address for the delivery window.

Please note, we no longer offer international shipping.

Pickup In Store / Click & Collect: Please wait to collect your item until you receive a notification confirming it is ready for pickup.

We understand that plans can change, so we do not place a limit on how long we will hold your order. However, if you no longer require your items, please let us know.
